SPSIC has three piers available for use, each of which can accommodate different activities.

Pier 1 is 1050 feet long by 60 feet wide, with water depths of 30 feet on the south side and 40 feet on the north side. The pier is serviced by a 50-ton long boom Clyde crane; electric and water are available pierside. Pier 1 is suitable for a variety of uses, such as ship repair, recycling, or layberthing, or cargo operations.

Pier 3, located just north of Pier 1, is 700 feet long and 70 feet wide. It offers water depths of 28 feet on the south side and 24 feet on the north side. No services are available at this berth. Pier 3 is available for layberthing vessels. The deck is not currently suitable for cargo or similar operations placing loads on the deck. Pier upgrades are currently in the permitting phase, but reconstruction of the Pier is a long-term project.

Pier 4 has water depths of 20 feet on the south side and 18 feet on the north side of the pier. It is suitable only for tying up barges and other small vessels; no active loading is permitted on pier 4.
