Where is SPSIC located?
Sparrows Point Shipyard Industrial Complex (SPSIC) is conveniently located just off of interstate 695 in the Baltimore outer harbor on the eastern side of the Key Bridge on the Patapsco River.

Although we welcome prospective users to tour the site and its facilities, please be advised that without a confirmed appointment (a response to any request actually scheduling an appointment is required), we are not currently able to assure that we will be able to divert shipyard employees involved in operations to accommodate unannounced visitors at this time. We generally require at least one business days advance notice to schedule any site visits.
Is there security?
Yes, SPSIC has key-card, gated access.
Is there rail service?
The facility is serviced by a local rail line, the Patapsco & Back River Railroad, with connections to both CSX and Norfolk-Southern.
Are there lease options?
Buildings are available in a variety of sizes, ranging from 10,000 s.f. to 100,000 s.f. Both long- and short-term leases are available for a variety of marine and industrial uses.

Is there land for build-to-suit?
Land for lay-down, long and short-term cargo storage and other activities are available at various locations within the SPSIC, dependent upon the acreage required and other needs.
